About our technologies
Thermal spray
Thermal spray uses special devices / systems through which melted or molten spray material is propelled at high speed onto a cleaned and prepared component surface. The resultant coating system has extremely high mechanical bond.
Laser Cladding
Laser cladding is a deposit overlay technology which uses defocussed high power industrial laser beam on the workpiece with selected spot size. The material to be deposited (cladded) can be in powder or wire form and is fed into the melt pool created by the laser.
